Snowy run w/ momo. Felt like the first real one of the year. Streets nearby were covered in a perfect packed sheet. I noticed I had an easier time keeping my turnover high without pushing the intensity - wonder if it has to do with the lack of friction on the snow. It's hard to generate too much stride power when the surface doesn't let you! With the snow re-teaching me how to take it real easy, I found this to be one of the more enjoyable runs in a while. It didn't hurt that snow makes everything look gorgeous, and deadens the ambient noise :)
