Comments:
Felt strong, but a little fatigued. First part was prevalently downhill, and I focused on staying quick rather than dialing into too easy of a pace. On the way back, a headwind appeared, so the return trip might have been a little harder than it appears here - it doesn't factor in wind direction.
Don't know if this is real or not, but I felt more...like...stable. Felt less jangly, pieces bouncing and flapping everywhere. Instead, I felt my energy going towards forward movement. Who knows, but that is how I felt.
Also, peep that HR drift. Power curve stays relatively flat, but avg HR drifts higher during the workout. Going too fast? Too warm? This is bound to happen to someone who sweats like I do, but this time seems more pronounced. More water? I don't know the answer here either.
