Comments: Sort of a mini-Muscular Endurance day w/ mo. I put ~6 L of water (13.2 lbs) in my pack, and I could definitely notice. Legs were dragging. This hard muscular work is probably just what I need, since I have been emphasizing running over hiking this winter. It is interesting to see how much more primed I am for running than for hiking right now. I kind of miss it! It is hard to beat the convenience of running from home though.
