Comments: As I suspected, quads are sore from yesterday's strides. It felt like I almost pulled them as I started my first set yesterday. TRIED to keep it chill, focusing on recovery, but I think a piece of my pride is attached to going fast. This is ok for now, with no speedwork to speak of. But when my easy runs are just for recovery in the future, I'll have to work on slowing down. I'm happy right now though.
