Comments: Nice run in the light after work. Almost hit 50 degrees earlier. Ran in shorts and a tshirt. Felt a little sore in my hammies. I figured if I looked at my pace too often, I would target a faster pace than my body was asking for. So I kinda put the watch away and ran by feel, especially getting towards Wonderland and heading home. Still, I ended up torching my old paces. Still don't know what gives. Maybe it's just my body responding to consistency. Makes me want to run a race!
