Tried to keep it easy after I kind of raced yesterday. Definitely felt sore, but hard to know if it is from running or biking (which is a new kind of soreness). The conditions were just about perfect for me - low 40s, overcast, minimal winds. It might be unpleasant starting out, but it seems to be the ideal temperature for my engine. My HR stays low, but I'm not cold to the point of discomfort. I wore a long sleeve with gloves and shorts (writing that so I don't forget). Blasted down the 19th st hill and felt under control, less like I was going to fall down.
