Comments: Before I headed out I was telling Sarah how my legs might feel fresh and ready to go, or they might feel dead. The only way to find out was to start running! Well, they felt dead. I think my extra mileage yesterday really counted, judging by my general fatigue and especially soreness on uphills (downhills felt pretty much ok). I just did not feel like running beforehand, which was another hint that yesterday hit me hard. So I tried to just sit back and run comfortable, but I still have a certain pace range that I naturally gravitate to. I think I want to work on differentiating recovery runs (like this one) from easy runs.
